2. Eligibility By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and, where required, a qualified or authorised healthcare professional. Some products may be restricted to professional buyers only under UK/EU medical device regulations.

3. Orders & Pricing

5. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) are not affected.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are sold as described. We make no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
